Cape & Long Skirt: Rigged but not animated by default. You can disable them, animate the bones manually, or use Dynamic Bone or a similar physics solution.

Built-In Render Pipeline: The double-sided cape material requires Shader Graph 14.0.10+. To use this material in the Built-In version, please install Shader Graph 14.0.10+ via Package Manager.
