Digital Asset License

By purchasing digital assets on this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. License Types

Single License

A Single License allows:

  • Use of the assets by one individual or one internal project team.

  • Use of the assets in one or multiple projects controlled by the license holder.

  • Commercial and non-commercial use of the assets.

A Single License does not allow sharing the assets with other individuals, external teams, or separate legal entities.

Multi License

A Multi License allows:

  • Use of the assets by multiple users within the same organization, including employees, internal teams, departments, subsidiaries, and branches.

  • Use of the assets across multiple projects owned or controlled by the organization.

  • Collaboration across teams without purchasing separate licenses per user.

A Multi License does not allow redistribution of the assets outside the organization.

2. What You Can Do

Under any license type, you may not:

  • Share, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the assets or their source files as standalone files, whether original or modified.

  • Include the assets in asset packs, asset libraries, templates, starter kits, tools, or products whose primary value is the assets themselves.

  • Include the assets in software, plugins, or tools where they are intended for reuse, export, or modification by end users.

  • Allow third parties to access or reuse the assets outside the scope of a finished project.

  • Use the assets for the creation of NFTs or blockchain-based assets.

  • Use the assets for training AI models, creating datasets, or powering generative systems intended to produce new assets or content.

  • Claim the assets, or any modified version of them, as your own original creation.

4. Source Files and Contractors

Source files may be shared with employees or contractors only for the purpose of working on a licensed project.

Contractors must delete all copies of the assets once their work is completed and may not reuse the assets for any other purpose.

5. Ownership

All assets remain the intellectual property of Just Create Studio.

This license grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership of the assets.

6. Changes to Terms

Just Create Studio reserves the right to update these license terms.
